We are hiring kitchen prep workers for a food manufacturing facility. This position focuses on preparing vegetables and ingredients used to make vegetable loaves. We have openings on both day and evening shifts for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can keep up in a production kitchen.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM–3:00 PM (6 openings)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle vegetables and ingredients for production.
• Assist with preparing vegetable loaves according to established procedures.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Work with the kitchen and production team to meet daily production goals.

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy-duty diesel engines, trucks, and related equipment.

• Help reduce the current repair backlog and keep shop work moving efficiently.
• Assist with nighttime roadside service calls as needed.
• Follow proper safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on heavy-duty diesel engines and equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and diagnostics preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs.
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist with roadside calls as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone with solid heavy diesel mechanic experience who can jump in, help the shop catch up, and provide additional support during the evening hours. Electrical experience would be a major bonus, but the primary need is a capable diesel mechanic who can contribute right away.

• VALID CDL APPROPRIATE FOR THE VEHICLE BEING OPERATED.
• SAFE DRIVING RECORD AND COMMITMENT TO FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY REGULATIONS.
• KNOWLEDGE OF PROPER LOAD SECUREMENT, INCLUDING STRAPPING AND TARPING WHEN REQUIRED.

JOB DUTIES:

· Clean, scrub and prepare warehouse walls for painting

· Apply epoxy-type paint/coating to interior warehouse walls

· Operate and work from a boom lift at elevated heights

· Work as part of a 3-person painting team on the boom lift

· Follow proper painting and surface-preparation procedures

· Maintain consistent coverage and quality

· Use painting tools and equipment safely

· Follow all safety procedures while working at heights

· Keep the work area clean and organized

· Work efficiently as part of a team

· Follow instructions and training provided on-site

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be comfortable working at significant heights

· Must be willing and able to work from a boom lift

· Must be able to work in a 3-person team

· Must be physically capable of cleaning, scrubbing and painting for extended periods

· Must be dependable and reliable

· Must be willing to learn

· Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions

· Previous painting, industrial painting, commercial painting, epoxy painting or warehouse experience is a PLUS, but NOT required
