Piler Operator- Will be responsible for the overall safe operation of the piler. Daily oiling and cleaning of piler, daily piler startup checklist and safely operate under direction of station foreman. Monitor sugar beet quality, ensure piler cord is marked and guarded by traffic cones. 

Receiving Station Crew- Assist the piler operator by communicating with the truck driver in unloading beets. Safely back trucks up to piler and unload. Keep area clean work area free of spilled beets and dirt buildup. Daily oiling and cleaning of the piler. Ensure the power cord is undamaged while piler operator moves the piler. 

Tare: Work in the lab, collecting samples of beets and testing them.

General Labors: Laborers will assist with a variety of tasks necessary in the harvesting of sugar beets. Work will include backing in trucks, helping with harvest, shoveling, cleaning the storage warehouse, and ser vented pipes. Laborers may also operate pliers or be on a platform and drive a loader and/or dump truck as necessary. Other miscellaneous tasks may be required.
