Gem State Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Worker and Counter Sales Associate for a temporary assignment in Hailey, Idaho. This role supports daily warehouse operations while assisting customers at the counter. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of handling both physical warehouse tasks and customer-facing responsibilities. Experience with electrical components is strongly preferred.
This opportunity is well-suited for individuals with prior warehouse, forklift, or general labor experience who are quick learners and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Support daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, stocking, and organizing materials
Assist customers at the counter with product inquiries and order fulfillment
Handle electrical components and warehouse inventory (experience preferred)
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals
Previous warehouse worker, general labor, or material handling experience preferred
Forklift operation experience required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50–60 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable transportation and strict attendance adherence (reliability is critical)
Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Experience with electrical components or supplies
Basic mechanical or maintenance skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and learn quickly
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Frequent lifting, moving, and carrying of materials weighing up to 60 lbs.
Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
