Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is seeking a reliable Warehouse Shipper for a local farm fence supplier here in Caldwell, ID. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with the potential to transition into a long-term, full-time position for the right candidate.
The primary focus of this position is ensuring that orders are accurately prepared and dispatched while maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Logistics Support: Load and unload freight and incoming deliveries.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory handling and tracking as needed.

Requirements
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move various warehouse materials.
• Reliability: Dependable attendance and a strong, consistent work ethic.
• Experience: Previous warehouse or shipping experience is preferred, but not required.
• Compliance: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Job Details
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Pay: $18.00/hour, paid weekly every Friday for the previous week’s hours.
