Gem State Staffing Nampa is immediately hiring hard-working and reliable Warehouse Associates to work at a local manufacturing facility producing unistruts. No certifications are required. General tool knowledge and basic machine-operation experience are preferred, but the primary focus of this role is warehouse production, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are hiring IMMEDIATELY.

Job Duties (not limited to):

• Feed material into production machines as needed to create unistruts to specific cuts and measurements
  • Handle, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
  • Use basic hand tools (including a wire brush) to remove metal shavings and ensure clean, safe parts
  • Spray finished pieces when required
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, stacking, and preparing products for shipment
  • Use pallet jacks occasionally to move materials and finished products
  • Keep workstations, aisles, and warehouse areas clean and organized to promote safety and housekeeping standards
  • Follow all warehouse and safety procedures, including wearing proper PPE

General Requirements:

• General warehouse experience preferred
  • Basic tool knowledge and light machine-operation skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in an active warehouse environment
  • Must demonstrate strong situational awareness at all times, staying alert to moving equipment, materials, and ongoing activity in a fast-paced warehouse
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to stay busy, follow directions, and work as part of a production team
  • Strong focus on safety and PPE compliance

Wage: $18.00/hr

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts
