Potato Warehouse Associate – Production & Palletizing (Rotating Schedule)
Location: Blackfoot, ID
Pay: $15.00–$16.00/hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 3 days on / 4 days off (rotating)
Environment: Indoor, hot production warehouse
Job Overview
Gem State Staffing in Pocatello is hiring Warehouse Associates for a busy potato production and packaging facility in Blackfoot. This role is primarily indoor work in a warm environment and involves hands-on production, box assembly, and palletizing finished product.
This position is ideal for individuals who are physically strong, dependable, and comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Key Job Duties
· Assemble and prepare cardboard boxes
· Fill, stack, and palletize completed boxes of product
· Assist with production line and material flow
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
· Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
· Work on your feet for the entire 12-hour shift
Physical & Job Requirements (Must Be Able To)
· Lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
· Stand and walk for 12 hours per shift
· Bend, kneel, stoop, and reach frequently
· Walk long distances across the warehouse floor
· Climb stairs multiple times per shift
· Work in a hot indoor environment
Schedule Requirements
· 12-hour rotating schedule
· 3 days on / 4 days off
· Must be available for all scheduled shifts
· Reliable transportation is required
