Gem State Staffing in Pocatello is looking for you, if you want to join a fast-paced and growing distribution center as a Warehouse Worker in Pocatello, ID! You must be reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented team players to support daily operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to perform heavy lifting and operate warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers and reach trucks.
You will play a key role in inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving. Whether you’re looking for a full-time, part-time, or temporary role, we offer flexible schedules and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Safely operate warehouse equipment including cherry pickers and reach trucks
· Perform inventory control tasks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels
· Handle shipping and receiving, including checking in deliveries and preparing outbound shipments
· Pick and pack orders accurately to meet customer specifications
· Conduct routine inventory checks and report any discrepancies
· Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times
· Work closely with warehouse team members to meet daily goals and deadlines
Qualifications
· 1 year of warehouse experience required
· Familiarity with inventory systems and control processes is a plus
· Mechanical aptitude for minor equipment troubleshooting
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills
· Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
