Overview

Gem State Staffing is looking for you, if you want to join a fast-paced and growing distribution center as a Warehouse Worker in Pocatello, ID!  You must be reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented team players to support daily operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to perform heavy lifting and operate warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers and reach trucks.

You will play a key role in inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving. Whether you’re looking for a full-time, part-time, or temporary role, we offer flexible schedules and a supportive team environment.

  • Morning shift
  • Graveyard shift
  • Swing shifts
  • Weekends as needed

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate warehouse equipment including cherry pickers and reach trucks
  • Perform inventory control tasks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Handle shipping and receiving, including checking in deliveries and preparing outbound shipments
  • Pick and pack orders accurately to meet customer specifications
  • Conduct routine inventory checks and report any discrepancies
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times
  • Work closely with warehouse team members to meet daily goals and deadlines

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • 1 year of warehouse experience required
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and control processes is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude for minor equipment troubleshooting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
