Location: Nampa, Idaho     Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (some overtime may be required)

Gem State Staffing-Nampa is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick and Pack Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Nampa. In this role, you will work from pick sheets to accurately select items, prepare them for shipment, and ensure orders are ready for efficient delivery. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who thrive in a team environment and take pride in accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow pick sheets/orders to locate and select the correct items from warehouse inventory.
• Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
• Pack products securely into boxes or containers to prevent damage during shipping.
• Label packages accurately and prepare shipments for outbound transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed (e.g., general housekeeping, inventory checks).

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions.
• Reliable transportation to the Nampa location.
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and ability to work well in a team.
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or general labor experience is a plus but not required—we provide training!
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (if required).
