Location: American Falls, ID
Pay: Range $17.00-$19.00
Schedule: Full-time | Shift-based schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime

Job Overview

Gem State Staffing in Pocatello is hiring Warehouse Associates for a large, established food production and warehouse facility in American Falls. This role supports daily production and warehouse operations and is ideal for individuals who can work in a fast-paced, safety-driven industrial environment.

This position requires strong attendance, schedule flexibility, and the ability to follow strict food safety and warehouse rules.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform general warehouse and production support duties

· Load, unload, move, and stage materials or finished product

· Assist production flow and material handling

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

· Follow all food safety, warehouse, and plant safety regulations

· Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more repeatedly

· Stand and walk for 10–12-hour shifts

· Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and twist throughout the shift

· Climb stairs and safely navigate warehouse floors

· Work in cold, warm, or variable temperatures depending on department

· Comfortable working in a loud, industrial environment

Schedule & Availability Requirements

· Must be flexible with assigned shifts

· Nights, weekends, and overtime may be required

· Reliable transportation to the American Falls location is required

· Strong commitment to scheduled shifts is mandatory
