Gem State Staffing is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for a busy potato processing warehouse in Rexburg, Idaho. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable full-time hours, competitive starting pay, and the potential for long-term employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (training may be provided).
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock replenishment using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with team members to meet daily production and distribution goals.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 50 lbs or more without assistance.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Flexible schedule when additional hours are needed.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or forklift experience is preferred but not required.
