Gem State Staffing in Boise is now hiring Lamination Manufacturing Associates for a respected local manufacturer and distributor specializing in high-quality adhesives, sealants, roofing membranes, and molded products. This company serves a wide range of industries, including Recreational Vehicles (RV), Marine, Residential and Commercial Construction, and Housing.

Job Summary

As a Lamination Manufacturing Associate, you will play a key role in the production process of molded and laminated products. You’ll be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and working with various teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment used for roto-molded and blow-molded products
• Ensure product quality by adhering to specifications and standards
• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and logistics teams to meet production goals
• Troubleshoot production issues and assist in resolving product defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
• Support inventory control and reporting as needed
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate degree preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with molded products, is highly desirable
• Familiarity with adhesives, sealants, or roofing membranes is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to product quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Fast-paced manufacturing plant environment with moderate noise and temperature variation
• Must be able to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for long periods
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required
