Gem State Staffing is seeking a dependable Truss Stacker to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting, organizing, stacking, and preparing roof and floor trusses for shipment while ensuring the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, pays close attention to detail, and works well in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack completed roof and floor trusses according to job specifications.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure trusses meet company standards.
• Build safe and organized loads for delivery trucks.
• Keep production rollers clear and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate with team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform routine equipment care and housekeeping.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and excellent work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Safety-minded with strong attention to detail.
• Previous manufacturing, lumber, carpentry, warehouse, or construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
