Now Hiring: Delivery Driver & Shop Worker for a Reputable Mechanical Services Company

Gem State Staffing in Boise is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver/Shop Worker for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established local company. This is a full-time position offering consistent hours and hands-on work both on the road and in the shop.

Job Description:

In this dual-role position, you will:

• Drive an F-350 truck with a flatbed tilt trailer throughout the Treasure Valley
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Safely strap down equipment for transport
• Work in the shop to pick, pack, label, and stock products

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Competitive (based on experience)
Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire

Requirements:

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Experience pulling a trailer and strapping down loads
• Familiarity with loading/unloading flatbed tilt trailers
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently
