Gem State Staffing is currently seeking Tire Technicians to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial production, tire manufacturing, machine operation, or hands-on labor. The Tire Technician plays a key role in assembling tire components and supporting efficient production operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tire machinery to assemble and build tire components
• Load, unload, and position materials for tire production
• Monitor machines for proper operation and report malfunctions
• Perform quality checks to ensure tires meet production specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in manufacturing, tire production, or industrial labor preferred
• Ability to operate industrial machinery and tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production floor setting
• Exposure to noise, machinery, and industrial materials
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required

Schedule & Pay

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Overtime opportunities may be available.
• Mon-Saturdays- (5- day work schedule)
