Gem State Staffing is now accepting applications for an internal Customer Service Representative at our Boise office. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday availability between 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (schedule may vary)
- $16.00 – $17.00/hour, depending on experience
Position Overview
Customer Service Representatives support daily office operations and are responsible for a variety of administrative and recruiting tasks, including:
- Data entry and file management
- Email and phone correspondence
- Interviewing and recruiting applicants
- Payroll support
- Social media marketing
- General office and administrative duties
Requirements
- Some college preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Prior office experience required
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
- Very strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fast and accurate data entry (45+ WPM)
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and handle sudden changes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Social media marketing experience preferred (not required)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license and insurance required
