Snow Removal Labor / Plow Operator (On-Call)
Pocatello & Surrounding Areas | Seasonal / On-Call
We are hiring experienced Snow Removal Laborers / Plow Operators for on-call winter work in the Pocatello area and surrounding communities. This position requires fast response times, reliability, and experience operating snow removal equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Operate trucks equipped with snow plows
· Operate four-wheelers (ATVs) with plows
· Perform snow removal on roads, parking lots, and commercial properties
· Assist with manual snow removal as needed
· Follow safety procedures in winter and low-visibility conditions
Availability & Schedule (Required):
· On-call status required
· Must be able to report within 30 minutes of being contacted
· Hours will vary based on weather conditions
· Shifts may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
· Proven experience operating plow trucks and/or ATVs with plows
· Comfortable driving and working in winter weather conditions
· Reliable transportation and strong attendance
· Ability to work long or extended hours during snow events
· Strong safety awareness and dependability
Pay Information:
· Pay rate varies based on experience and job assignment
· Competitive seasonal pay for qualified operators
