This is a seasonal, on-call position with potential for consistent hours during heavy snowfall periods.
Job Duties
· Shovel, plow, and remove snow from sidewalks, parking lots, and building entrances
· Apply salt or ice melt as needed for safety
· Operate snow blowers or small machinery (experience a plus)
· Work as part of a team to ensure timely snow removal
· Follow all safety protocols and site instructions
Job Requirements
· Must be dependable and punctual — snow doesn’t wait!
· Able to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
· Must have reliable transportation to job sites
· Ability to lift 40–50 lbs as needed
· Previous snow removal or labor experience is helpful, but not required
Schedule & Pay
· Schedule: On-call, early mornings, and possible overnight shifts depending on snowfall
· Pay: Competitive hourly wage – DOE
· Overtime may be available during heavy snow events
