Gem State Staffing is looking for dependable Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Burley, Idaho. In this role, you’ll safely operate a variety of heavy machinery including roll-off trucks, front loaders, loaders, farm machinery, and concrete mixers—to support construction and material handling operations. Candidates with mechanical repair skills and safety-first mindset are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including:
• Roll-off trucks
• Loaders and front loader trucks
• Farm machinery
• Concrete mixers (for construction work)
• Perform digging, loading, transporting, and material movement tasks
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic equipment repairs
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints
• Follow all safety protocols, site regulations, and equipment guidelines

Qualifications

• 1 year of heavy equipment operation experience (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic repairs
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and blueprints
• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute or relocate to Burley, ID 83318 (Required)
