Gem State Staffing in Caldwell is partnering with a rapidly growing specialty gas provider in the local area to hire two motivated Shipping & Receiving Associates. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to build a stable career with an industry leader.

In this role, you will handle day-to-day warehouse logistics, manage inventory, and prepare specialized hazmat products for shipment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, great math skills, and an uncompromising eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Receiving: Receive incoming products, verify inventory accuracy, and maintain organized stock levels.
• Hazmat Preparation: Generate specialized compliance labels and safely package/box hazmat cylinders and products.
• Shipping: Efficiently prepare and dispatch outgoing packages in a timely manner.
• Production Support: Cross-train and assist with general production tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right person!).
• Tech Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Physical: Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Screening: Must be able to pass a background check.
• Logistics: Must have reliable transportation to the Caldwell facility.

 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
