Gem State Staffing is now hiring a Service Truck (Mobile Tire Technician) for a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Jerome, Idaho. This role is ideal for dependable individuals looking for steady work in the mobile tire service and automotive industry. No experience required—training available for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
Perform mobile tire services using a service truck
Change, repair, and replace tires at customer locations
Operate equipment safely and efficiently
Follow company safety policies and procedures
Maintain service truck cleanliness and organization
Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Reliable personal transportation
Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work long hours as needed
Physical ability to:
Stand, bend, twist, crouch, and stoop for extended periods
Repetitively lift 50+ lbs.
Ability to work safely within an established safety program
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Full-time hours
$20/hour – No experience
$24/hour – With experience
