Job Description

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing restoration team. In this rewarding, hands-on role, you will assist with cleaning, restoration, and recovery services for residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, smoke, mold, and other property damage events.

No prior experience is required. We are committed to training the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning and restoration services at residential and commercial properties
  • Remove damaged materials and assist with property cleanup
  • Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Lift, move, and transport equipment and materials as needed

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
  • Not afaid to get dirty
