Gem State Staffing Nampa is immediately hiring hard-working and reliable individuals for a local Residential Cleaning position. This role will assist in maintaining clean, safe, and presentable living spaces for clients.
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Wiping down counters, appliances, and high-touch areas
• Taking out trash and replacing liners
• General surface cleaning and tidying
• Completing cleaning checklists and meeting quality standards
• 1–2 years of residential or commercial cleaning experience required
• Must have a clean background and be able to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs. as needed
• Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and stay mobile throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety and cleaning guidelines

I’ve been working with Gem State Staffing since August of 2011. I got my start in our Twin Falls office and have worked in Nampa, Pocatello and Boise since then. In 10plus years at these locations I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative, Assistant Manager, and Manager. I specialize in recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee management among other things. When I’m not at work, I enjoy hanging out with friends, board games, and taking in Boise’s beautiful wild life and landscape with hikes and nature walks. I am a self-proclaimed foodie and a big music and movie connoisseur. My continuing goal is to soon obtain my own store in the Treasure Valley area so I may expand my growth, together with Gem State Staffing.
