Job Overview
Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is seeking a professional, high-energy Outside Sales Leader for a local leader in the fencing industry. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a stable, growing company with a national presence.
Unlike traditional sales roles, this position features warm leads only. You will be provided with pre-set appointments and a company vehicle to meet with prospective customers across the Treasure Valley to present and sell industry-leading products.

Key Responsibilities
• Attend pre-set sales appointments and present product features and benefits to customers.
• Master a structured selling process through an extensive 4-8-week paid training program.
• Maintain high levels of customer service through effective networking and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

Requirements
• Experience: 2–3 years of prior outside sales experience required (In-home sales experience preferred).
• Professionalism: Polished demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical: Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite).
• License: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (Required for company vehicle).
• Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.
• Schedule: Ability to work a full-time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for appointments.

Job Details
• Compensation: Paid training for the first 4–8 weeks. Average first-year earnings are $65,000 – $85,000.
• Commission: Following training, this is a 100% commission role with high earning potential.
• Equipment: Company-paid mobile phone, laptop, vehicle, and gas card provided after training.
• Benefits: Health, dental, and vision benefits are available.
