Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00/hr (DOE)

Job Overview

We are urgently hiring a dedicated, hard-working Night Shift Order Selector for a busy warehouse facility in Nampa, ID. This is an immediate-start position for someone who excels in a active night-shift environment and enjoys seeing a job through to completion each evening.

Experience operating a standup forklift is strongly preferred; however, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, high reliability, and a quick ability to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Selection: Accurately pull, stage, and prepare outbound orders using pick sheets and RF equipment to ensure accurate next-day deliveries.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate standup forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment throughout the warehouse.
  • Staging & Loading: Palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage completed orders in shipping lanes, ensuring loads are secure and organized.
  • Shift Completion: Work efficiently alongside the team to complete all scheduled daily orders through shift finish.
  • Safety & Upkeep: Conduct work in compliance with safety standards and keep picking aisles clean and clear of hazards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Forklift Experience: Prior experience on a standup forklift is highly preferred (willing to train motivated candidates with a strong warehouse background).
  • Temperature Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in dry, chilled, and cold storage/freezer environments.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to start at 3:00 PM and work until all daily orders are pulled and staged (Sunday through Thursday).
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and maneuver up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
  • Detail-Oriented: Focus on order accuracy and quality control under deadline-driven conditions.
  • Reliability: Solid attendance and strong dependability are critical for night operations.
