We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Operator – Night Shift to join a fast-paced industrial plant / production facility. This position is responsible for overseeing daily night shift operations, supporting a team of operators, and ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent plant performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, a background in plant operations, and hands-on knowledge of pumps, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment.
