Job Summary:
Gem State Staffing is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team for the winter season. This role involves clearing snow and applying deicing materials to ensure safe, accessible walkways, driveways, and parking areas.

Responsibilities:

• Remove snow using shovels and hand tools from sidewalks, entryways, and other designated areas
• Spread salt, sand, or other deicing materials as directed
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to the supervisor
• Work safely in cold, slippery, and potentially hazardous conditions
• Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and on time

Qualifications:

• Must be reliable and available during snow events (early mornings, nights, weekends)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks outdoors
• Prior snow removal or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
• Must have appropriate cold-weather gear and transportation to job sites

Compensation:

• $27.50 per hour, paid weekly
• Overtime available during heavy snow events
