Landscape Laborer

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour (DOE)

Gem State Staffing in Pocatello is currently seeking dependable individuals for landscape and grounds maintenance positions in the Pocatello area. Opportunities are available for candidates with varying levels of experience, including those looking to learn new skills and enter the industry.

Job Requirements

Team members may assist with a variety of outdoor projects and property maintenance tasks, including:

  • Installing sod, plants, trees, and other landscape materials
  • Loading, unloading, and moving landscaping supplies
  • Assisting with irrigation system installation, repairs, and seasonal maintenance
  • Operating lawn care and groundskeeping equipment
  • Performing general site cleanup and property maintenance
  • Supporting seasonal projects, including fall cleanup and snow removal

Qualifications

  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds or more
  • Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site
  • Availability for full-time work
  • Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
