Industrial Shutdown / Turnaround Labor
Temporary Project | Pocatello, ID | 4–8 Weeks
We are hiring reliable industrial labor workers for an upcoming plant turnaround / shutdown project at a food processing facility in Pocatello. This is a temporary, high-hour position requiring full availability for the duration of the project.
This position does NOT offer per diem or housing.
Candidates must be local to the area or able to temporarily or permanently relocate at their own expense.
Job Overview:
· Support shutdown and turnaround operations in a industrial plant
· Perform general labor, cleanup, material handling, and project support
· Work safely in an industrial environment with strict procedures
· Follow all plant safety and attendance policies
Schedule & Commitment (Non-Negotiable):
· 72-hour work weeks
· 12-hour shifts
· Must be available to work days or nights
· Must be able to work all scheduled shifts for the entire project
· No vacations, time off, or scheduling conflicts during the project
Project Details:
· Duration: Approximately 4–8 weeks
· Location: Pocatello, ID
· Type: Temporary shutdown / turnaround work
· Per Diem / Housing: NOT provided
Requirements:
· Previous industrial, plant, or shutdown experience preferred
· Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
· Strong safety awareness and work ethic
· Excellent attendance and reliability are mandatory
· Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical labor for extended shifts
· Must be able to pass any site-required screenings or orientations
