Location: Idaho Falls/ Rexburg area Pay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Requirements:

· Ability to pass pre employment drug and background screenings

· Ability to work well with others

· Must have reliable transportation to and from work

· Must be able to lift 25-50lbs

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time

· Must be able to work for extended hours or work days (8-12 hr. shifts)

· Must be mindful of all safety practices

· Employer willing to train – if hard working individual

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled trades as needed.
• Operate heavy equipment and vehicles within safety guidelines, including dozers, loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, and graders as trained.
• Manage manual handling, tool use, and routine maintenance of equipment; perform basic repairs and housekeeping to keep work areas safe and organized.
• Follow FMCSA regulations, traffic control for work zones, and site-specific safety protocols; monitor surroundings and communicate hazards to the team.
• Assist with utility locating, paving, and road/utility construction activities; coordinate with drivers and crew to ensure timely task completion.
