Gem State Staffing is now hiring a full-time Service Technician in Twin Falls, Idaho. This position is ideal for individuals with plumbing and/or electrical experience who are looking for a stable, Monday–Friday schedule and consistent work. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, servicing, and maintaining water softeners while delivering professional, high-quality service to customers.
Diagnose, repair, and service residential and commercial water softener systems
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Work independently with minimal supervision
Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Accurately document service work when required
Plumbing and/or electrical experience required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional demeanor and clean-cut appearance
Must wear clean, work-appropriate clothing
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
Ability to pass pre-employment screening and background checks
Must submit a resume and complete an in-person interview
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Full-Time Position; Temp-to-Hire
