Gem State Staffing is hiring a Full-Time Fence Installer to join a local installation team in Twin Falls, Idaho. This role involves installing residential and commercial fencing throughout the Magic Valley. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a dependable team.
Gather materials and tools from the warehouse and maintain organization
Assist installation crew with various fence installation projects
Install fencing according to company procedures, safety standards, and project requirements
Maintain cleanliness and safety at all job sites
Work collaboratively to complete projects within assigned deadlines
Follow all safety policies in a construction environment
Perform other duties as assigned
1+ year of fence installation or construction experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must demonstrate company core values: Honesty, Hardworking, Happy, Humble, and Hungry
Must be 21 years of age or older
Clean driving record
Must pass drug and background check
Regular lifting of 10–50 lbs., occasional lifting of 100+ lbs.
Work outdoors in extreme heat and cold
Use standard hand and power tools (hammer, drill, nail gun, shovel, etc.)
Exposure to job-site hazards; PPE required
Work schedules vary; shifts may be 9–11 hours per day
