Equipment Detailer

Location: Pocatello, ID and Surrounding Areas

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Some overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Position Overview

Gem State Staffing in Pocatello is seeking a dependable and motivated Equipment Detailer to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintaining the appearance of a variety of vehicles and equipment, including construction machinery, agricultural equipment, trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Job Duties

• Clean, wash, wax, and detail vehicles and equipment
• Remove dirt, grease, mud, and debris from equipment interiors and exteriors
• Operate pressure washers, vacuums, and other detailing equipment
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and report any visible damage or maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Travel to various job sites and customer locations as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday
• Must be dependable and self-motivated
• Reliable transportation is required
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to travel throughout Pocatello and surrounding communities as needed
