Gem State Staffing- Caldwell is currently accepting applications for temp-to-hire positions as Electrical Wiring Assemblers for a local company in Caldwell, ID.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of custom wiring harnesses, adapters, and electrical kits according to specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.
  • Accurately assemble custom wiring harnesses by cutting, stripping, crimping, and connecting wires.
  • Inspect assembled components to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Must be able to read small print.
  • Comfortable working with hands and managing very small components.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Capability to stand and sit for long periods.

Details

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
  • Payroll Schedule Weekly, every Friday for the previous week’s hours.
