Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00/hr (DOE)

Position Type: Full-Time / Temporary (Open-ended, several weeks minimum)

Job Overview

We are urgently hiring an energetic and dependable Order Selector for a fast-paced warehouse facility in Nampa, ID. This is an immediate-start position ideal for individuals who thrive in active warehouse environments, take pride in accuracy, and are looking to jump right into work.

While experience operating a standup forklift is strongly preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Selection: Accurately pull, stage, and prepare customer orders according to pick sheets and RF scanner instructions.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate standup forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move stock throughout the warehouse.
  • Inventory & Staging: Palletize, wrap, and stage completed orders in designated shipping zones.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage, verify item numbers, and report discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company safety standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Forklift Experience: Prior standup forklift experience is highly preferred (willing to train motivated candidates with solid warehouse experience).
  • Temperature Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in dry, chilled, and cold storage/freezer environments.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and inventory staging.
  • Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass standard pre-employment screening.
