Staffing Coordinator – Rexburg & Idaho Falls
Pay: $16.00–$17.00/hour (DOE)
Location: In-person – Rexburg & Idaho Falls, ID
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Staffing Coordinator to support daily operations in our Rexburg and Idaho Falls offices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through.

Position Summary

The Staffing Coordinator plays a key role in recruitment, candidate placement, client support, and office administration. This position blends recruiting, human resources support, payroll assistance, and customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Placement

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline through job postings, outreach, and networking
  • Coordinate interviews and placements between candidates and clients
  • Partner with local businesses to understand hiring needs and deliver timely staffing solutions

Administrative & Payroll Support

  • Maintain employee files, onboarding paperwork, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with payroll processing, timesheets, and staffing-related administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare basic staffing and performance reports

HR & Compliance Support

  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training coordination
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits

Client & Candidate Relations

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and candidates
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for staffing-related questions and issue resolution
  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and approachability

Office & Operational Support

  • Handle scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an office setting and/or customer service
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday – Friday
  • In-office position at both Rexburg and Idaho Falls locations.
