Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hour
Location: In-person – Rexburg & Idaho Falls, ID

We’re looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Rexburg and Idaho Falls. If you’re organized, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

 

What You’ll Do

As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our recruitment process, supporting both clients and candidates. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing job applicants
  • Partnering with local businesses to understand their hiring needs
  • Coordinating interviews, placements, and onboarding processes
  • Maintaining employee files, compliance paperwork, and HR documentation
  • Assisting with payroll, timesheets, and administrative support
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates to provide excellent customer service
  • Scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration
  • Supporting process improvements to streamline staffing operations

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an office setting and/or customer service
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to support client hiring needs
  • In-office position at both Rexburg and Idaho Falls locations
