Key Responsibilities:

• Interior Construction: Assist with drywall, framing, insulation, cutting, measuring, and assembling materials.
• Finish Work: Execute tasks like painting, trim installation, flooring, cabinetry, and hardware installation.
• Site Preparation: Set up tools and equipment, maintain a clean workspace.
• Material Handling: Manage loading, unloading, moving supplies, and ensure proper material storage.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines for a secure work environment.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high workmanship standards and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Skills: Proficient in using hand and power tools, reading tape measure, and basic construction techniques.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills.
• Dependability: Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation; additional certifications (e.g., OSHA training) a plus.
• Specialized Skills: Experience in advanced finish techniques or specialized trades a plus.
