Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to assist with TPO commercial roof installation and related tasks on flat commercial buildings. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.

What You’ll Do

• Install roofing materials (TPO systems)
• Cut, move, and lay roofing materials
• Assist with roof tear-offs and clean-up
• Work safely as directed by the site foreman
• Support overall construction site needs

Pay & Schedule

• $18.00 – $25.00/hr DOE
• Steady, long-term projects in the Treasure Valley
• Overtime opportunities available

Requirements

• Must NOT be afraid of heights (flat roof work)
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Familiarity with hand tools preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if required
