Gem State Staffing is hiring dependable and detail-oriented CIP Sanitation Associates to support food safety and sanitation operations within a Clean Room production environment.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining the highest sanitation and food safety standards by cleaning and sanitizing production equipment using CIP (“Cleaning in Place”) systems. CIP systems are automated cleaning machines that run programmed cleaning cycles and sanitize multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday 4:00 PM-12:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures
• Operate CIP (Cleaning in Place) systems according to established procedures
• Clean and sanitize production equipment daily
• Safely handle sanitation chemicals and prepare correct chemical dilutions
• Perform titration testing to verify chemical consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
• Complete required sanitation logs and documentation accurately
• Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Work cooperatively in a team environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally in English and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and maintain consistency throughout the shift
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 40+ lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and move continuously throughout the shift
• Previous sanitation, manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience preferred but not required

Work Environment

This is a physically demanding position in a Clean Room environment. Associates will frequently move up and down, work around water and cleaning chemicals, and remain on their feet for extended periods.
