Gem State Staffing in Twin Falls is seeking experienced CDL Dump Truck Drivers for road construction and paving projects. If you have experience operating dump trucks, asphalt pavers, or chip sealing equipment and are looking for a hands-on, dynamic role, we encourage you to apply!
Safely operate dump trucks in paving and chip sealing cycles, including mobilization to/from job sites.
Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Assist with asphalt placement, leveling, and finishing using rakes and shovels.
Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members to complete tasks effectively.
Maintain consistent communication with crew members and supervisors.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Operate other road construction equipment, including pavers, rollers, chip sealers, backhoes, and loaders.
Previous experience operating dump trucks, paving equipment, or chip sealers preferred.
Ability to follow directions, work independently, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Must adhere to all safety standards and company policies.
Willingness to work extended hours, including 40–55 hours per week.
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Pay Wage: Pay depends on experience, $21.00-27.00/hr. Overtime is available.
Duration: Full-Time thru October, with overtime. Temp-to-hire and Seasonal positions are available
