CDL & Non-CDL Delivery Drivers – Local Routes
Location: Idaho Falls, ID
Pay: $17-20 per hour

 

Gem State Staffing in Idaho Falls is hiring both CDL and Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join our local and regional delivery teams! Whether you’re an experienced commercial driver or simply enjoy being behind the wheel, we have opportunities that fit your skills and schedule.

These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions with potential for long-term employment and steady hours.

 

Job Duties

  • Safely operate company delivery vehicles — from box trucks to flatbeds or semis
  • Load and unload materials or products using proper lifting techniques or equipment
  • Verify and complete delivery documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and roadworthy vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
  • Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies

Job Requirements

Requirements

For Non-CDL Drivers:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Previous delivery, warehouse, or driving experience a plus

For CDL Drivers (Class A or B):

  • Valid CDL license with clean MVR
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • Experience with local or regional deliveries preferred
  • Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Additional Information

Schedule & Pay

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional weekends or early mornings depending on route)
  • Pay: Competitive hourly wage – DOE & License Class (CDL/Non-CDL)
  • Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
