Gem State Staffing in Pocatello is currently hiring dependable CDL Class A or CDL Class B Drivers for a local driving position in Pocatello, Idaho and surrounding hauling fertilizer. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady work, home daily routes, overtime hours, and the possibility of long-term employment. This role includes both CDL driving and hands-on labor, making it ideal for drivers who don’t mind staying active throughout their shift.
Job Duties
· Safely operate Class A or Class B CDL trucks hauling fertilizer locally
· Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
· Assist with loading and unloading trucks
· Climb ladders on trucks to shovel and clear out remaining grain/fertilizer
· Perform general labor duties as needed around the facility
· Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
Pay & Schedule
· $20+/hour depending on experience (DOE)
· Home Daily – Local Routes
· Overtime opportunities available
· Seasonal position with potential for permanent hire
Requirements
· Valid CDL Class A or CDL Class B License
· Clean driving record preferred
· Ability to climb ladders and perform physical labor
· Comfortable working in outdoor and agricultural environments
· Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work
