Branch Manager – Entry-Level Management & Sales

Starting Base Salary: $53,000 + Uncapped Performance Bonus/Commission + Auto Allowance

Gem State Staffing is a locally owned and operated Idaho staffing company looking for a motivated, people-focused professional to lead and grow our Nampa, Idaho branch.

Staffing industry or previous branch management experience is NOT required. We are willing to train the right person.

About the Position

This is a hands-on management, sales, recruiting, and business development role. You will learn the key components of running a successful staffing branch while working closely with experienced Gem State Staffing leadership.

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with businesses throughout the Treasure Valley
• Developing new customers through phone calls, networking, referrals, and face-to-face business development
• Managing and growing existing customer relationships
• Identifying and solving customers' staffing and workforce needs
• Recruiting, interviewing, and helping match employees with local companies
• Leading, coaching, and developing a reliable branch team
• Managing daily branch activity, priorities, and performance
• Learning and following staffing industry operations, policies, and compliance requirements
• Developing strategies to increase sales, customers, employees, and branch profitability
• Tracking performance and taking ownership of branch results
• Working closely with company leadership and neighboring Gem State Staffing branches

Staffing, recruiting, HR, B2B sales, or management experience is a plus — but it is NOT required.

We can teach you the staffing business.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base salary: $53,000 per year
• Uncapped performance-based bonus/commission opportunity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in person at our Nampa, Idaho location

• Leadership or management experience
• Staffing or recruiting experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
