Job Title: Merchandiser
Pay Rate: $18.50 – $19.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Merchandiser to join our team at a local beverage company. The Merchandiser plays a key role in ensuring our products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and readily available to customers. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a creative eye for product presentation, and the ability to analyze sales trends to help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor product levels, ensure adequate stock, and report shortages to management.
• Product Display: Arrange and maintain appealing product displays to maximize customer interest.
• Stocking: Place products on shelves, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
• Pricing & Promotions: Set up and update pricing labels and promotional signage.
• Sales Analysis: Track sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of displays and promotions.
• Promotional Activities: Execute in-store promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
• Communication: Work closely with store staff, suppliers, and management to support sales goals and resolve issues.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about consumer trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
