Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication across teams and with clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff and management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
  • Translate written and verbal communications between English and Spanish as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and clients, vendors, or partners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents in both languages.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the coordination of office operations, including ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining databases.
  • Support onboarding and communication for bilingual employees or clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.

I have been in the staffing industry since 2010. I worked alongside Jeremiah and under Dustin to grow the Boise office into one of the most prominent branches in the area and within the company. In 2015, I became the Branch Manager for the Nampa location and in 2018, the District Manager over Eastern Idaho. Over the course of close to 6 years, I enjoyed seeing record growth in the 5 offices I oversaw. In the end of 2023 I entered an ownership agreement for a single location as part of an extension into Western Idaho/Eastern Oregon with a new office in Payette, ID. I believe that determination with customized individual solutions sets us apart, and I’m very excited for opening day of the new Payette Branch set to begin operations early-mid February 2024.
