Gem State Staffing in Idaho Falls is  seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Concrete Laborer. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation of concrete patios, sidewalks, driveways, retaining walls, curbing, and other outdoor hardscape features. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Duties:

• Assist with the preparation and installation of concrete landscaping projects including patios, walkways, curbing, and decorative concrete features.
• Perform site preparation, excavation, grading, and compaction for concrete pours.
• Set and remove concrete forms, stakes, and reinforcement materials.
• Mix, pour, spread, level, and finish concrete according to project specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment safely.
• Support the installation of hardscape landscaping features such as pavers, retaining walls, and concrete borders.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
• Assist crew leaders with project completion while meeting quality and productivity goals.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned.
