Job Description

Gem State Staffing is seeking reliable, hardworking seasonal Irrigation Laborers to assist during burn season and lateral water delivery operations. This role is physically demanding and performed outdoors but offers steady hours and the potential for extended seasonal work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform burn wand work
  • Assist with lateral water support and delivery
  • Lift, carry, and move materials up to 70 lbs
  • Drive and operate district pickup trucks
  • Follow all safety guidelines and irrigation district procedures
  • Support daily operations during critical water delivery periods

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
  • Ability to work flexible hours during peak water delivery needs

Schedule & Hours

  • Monday–Thursday
  • 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 40 hours per week
