Gem State Staffing in Boise is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Bilingual* Staffing Coordinator  to join our internal team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people find meaningful employment. As an internal recruiter, you will support daily branch operations, recruit qualified candidates, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial, clerical, seasonal, and skilled positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, application review, onboarding, background checks, and reference verification.
• Maintain accurate applicant and employee records in our tracking system.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers.
• Conduct orientations, safety briefings, and new-hire paperwork.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll processing, and front-office administrative tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service to candidates, employees, and clients.
• Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach to attract talent.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Customer-service oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Valid driver’s license required.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
• $15–$16 per hour, depending on experience

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Admin: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers license (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
