Gem State Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter / Coordinator for our Burley office! This is a full-time internal position (not a temp job), ideal for someone with office experience, strong customer service skills, and a desire to grow in the staffing and recruiting industry.   

Responsibilities:

• Assist branch manager with daily office operations
• Interview, recruit, and place candidates in job assignments
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding.
• Accurately process employee payroll and weekly payouts
• Perform audits and maintain accurate employee records
• Use staffing software to manage client orders and applicants
• Respond to incoming calls from clients and employees
• Work 40 hours/week with occasional flexibility outside regular hours

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High level of computer competency and fast learner with new software
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and recordkeeping
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or administrative coordination
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual
